I want proper Vauxhall 'Corsa' Alloys. I know a guy that is breaking his up, but there is a few grazes on the Alloys, I cant live with that, they need to be perfect..

Karns got a very short fuse when things do not go his way, I mean real short, he can blow up in flames at the flip of a coin..

Had another outburst at my mothers this afternoon. Only went to sort out a leak on the water waste & cold water pipe. I ended up replacing the waste, The trap & the water pipes cos i could not get any loose without cutting them off & starting a fresh. Blew up in flames & as who the fuck was the prick that fitted this lot was

Razz   Wernt funny at the time Bozos

That is it all new Brake pads & Discs fitted. Had a right job getting the Discs off. Those Torx bolts are an utter nightmare, Had to drill the heads out & extract what was left.. Cleaned the Calliper carriers & sprayed them High Gloss Black. Will do the same for the Callipers when i have swapped out the Rubber seals.

Only issue now is the covers on the end of the Calliper pistons have gone thin, need replacing & one of the outer rubber dust seals is perished. Only £8 for a piston service kit.. Those pads were real bad about a few mill left on em, Down to the Ware Clip.

Reyt ill order a Rubber service kit now..

Easy as this Bozo. Drill a hole down the dead centre of the bolt. Tap in your bolt extractor  bit, Just turn anti-clockwise with a socket wench, the extractor bit eats into bolt & out comes your Bolt simple as that. Farting about trying to get out a  shit head Countersunk bolts is pointless.

Im hoping those Calliper piston covers come in the post today. I want to get them fitted. Really not interested in wank cars but gotta do em. The 'Corsa' was originally designed without them, but they found that brake squeal was down to that, So they fitted them on later models, sold as an after fit well the ones on this car have gone so thin they have cracked in half. I could only get them from a Vauxhall Dealers in Sheffield mail order £7.50 each

Evil or Very Mad   20 min job. Do not think that Calliper piston dust seal will come today but that is not important as the old one is only a bit ragged on the end, still does the job for the time being wont let any dust in.

ffks Bozo only 20 min Job. Spent more time taking the wheels off than the job.

Anyway there you go, Just need to paint the Calliper itself & clean all the inside of the wheel arch. All the brake lines are  fine, ABS cables fine, All the steering joint rubbers are fine. Simple as shit Corsa's. Fitted stainless steel Torx bolts in the Discs. They wont rust, The wheel always clamps it in place but ive thread locked the bolts all the same. Ill never need to change them again anyway. Its going soon as it reaches 70,000 miles. No way am i dealing with it wanting the timing chain replacing down the line.

I want the Discs & callipers looking nice cos you see straight thru Alloy wheels, You do not wanna see an ugly rusty calliper do you.

Three times a year that Oil is changed three times a year. Dont do that much mileage a year anyway hench three changes is over Kill to some but rather have a perfect Engine. I always put additive in the change as well.
