tWO-PART SERIES STARRING  Toby the dog from outer space     Toby Jones.

Okay , I'm going to spoil it all for you: in the end the two murderers, using the innocent witness for prosecution, completely get away with it, and the witness  walks into the ocean (by the way, something impossible to physically do, yet you see it in all sorts of stories/movies)..

Now this is hard to credit seeing as how Christie wrote this short story and had it published in a weekly magazine in  1929.  If true, the public outcry must have been enormous (seeing as the story was set in contemporary - 1920's - time.)




(Recall the uproar when The Collector was shown on TV in the late 60s.)

Funny you mentioning Aggie, im currently reading imho her best novel "Then there were none"

It's also a bloody good film.
