If you had an aquamarine 60s Porsche, you'd chuck that Mustang away quick enough.

Permy wrote:Yew telling Perms dat every single record Knobby has is absolutely pristine, no scratches, Surface marks or Pressure marks! no way on earth.

Back in the day I bought mainly sealed from mailorder or store (when these lps were just coming out). So my early Swede records or Check are minto.
But most of my records are used.

Last ten years i dont buy mint at all, I gets rejects free or 50 cents a lp (but never rare records, and rarely prog - but thats okay cos I'm filling the holes in my rock knowledge - common bands I overlooked back then).

Here is one thing that will KILL you Karns and most other collectors: I "touch-up" my sleeves with coloured magic markers. Corners, worn spines, even some ringwear.
