Jekyll (2007, UK)

Post by Wallace on Sat Dec 21, 2013 6:48 pm

Well, it just so turns out that Dr Jekyll was a real person - not fictional - and that author Robert Louis Stevenson knew him personally and all about his "funny turns". He knew that jekyll died as the evil-side, hyde at age 43.

Now its 2007 London and Dr Jackman is approaching 43. All his life he experienced flashes of minor "changes" but now they are coming more frequently.

No potion (as in the book) effects this modern-day change. Jackman is hardly aware of the Jekell/Hyde story.

Could be genetic, but Jackman & the orig Dr Jekyll cannot be related since Jekyll never had progeny - last of the line, loikes.  Or is he? No one seems to know where he came from. He arrived in this world without a trace - as a railroadyard foundling.

Pretty good series offering a new take and mixing in government secret conspiracy theme.

The Irish actor, James Nesbitt (Ballykissangel) , is perfectly suited to the role since he has this sort of Jack Nicolson-ish type of face that can instantly go from calm into maniacal threat.

Okay Jimmeh. Nothing else here for you to read.
That is it.

Go play with someone's dick, as is your usual wont, faggot.
